In 2017, Inner South Community Health became Star Health – a new name leading the way to a healthier you. We chose to re-brand to reflect our ongoing commitment to expanding services to all members of the community.
The organisation has been a leading not-for-profit health service in the inner south and beyond for over 40 years, this legacy will continue into the future with Star Health.
Star Health will continue to care for our existing clients and our new name will mean we are no longer defined by a geographically limiting title Inner South.  It will allow us to provide more services, to more clients, when they need them, where they need them.
The Star Health name is a result of extensive conversations over the last 10 months with clients and equally important, our prospective clients.
Importantly, there will be no interruptions to our services as we transition to the Star Health name.
