- Level 1: basic care needs
- Level 2: low-level care needs
- Level 3: intermediate care needs
- Level 4: high-level care needs
What is a Home Care Package?
Home Care Packages support older people to live independently.
The types of services provided in a Home Care Package depend on client needs, for example:
- Support services – help with laundry, cleaning, gardening, basic home maintenance, transport and home modifications related to care needs
- Personal care – help with showering, dressing and mobility
- Nursing, allied health and other clinical services
- Care coordination and case management.
